Hello, my name is Karen and I started KazAnne jewellery with my mother Anne in May 2002. We are based in Surrey and primarily sell our pieces at various shows and exhibitions around the UK (see a list of shows for this year). Our vision is to bring our customers unique designer pieces at affordable prices. When we first started we believed that we were producing a new style of jewellery and have been overwhelmed by the amount of customers who regularly return to events in order to see our new collections.

Our jewellery is made from genuine semi-precious stones, which we source from Tibet, South America, Thailand, Poland and Indonesia. By travelling to these places, we are able to pick out the best quality stones and focus on rare, unusual and gorgeous gemstones. We have also built strong relationships with suppliers, cutters and silversmiths, allowing us to provide cheaper jewellery by cutting out the middle men.

These relationships help us to develop the magnificence of our pieces. With their assistance, we are able to design settings that enhance the beauty of our stones. Most retailers mass produce the setting and cut the gemstones to fit. We do the opposite, thus guaranteeing that each of these treasured stones are showcased perfectly and maintaining the individuality of the piece.

A lot of our jewellery is bigger and bolder than those found at major retailers. However, because of our vast selection, we feel that there are plenty of styles and sizes to suit any taste. For example, our ring sizes start at J and go up to Z+1 and most of our bracelets are fitted with a toggle clasp for large or small wrists.

Despite taking care over the designs, we have not overlooked the spiritual qualities that are associated with gemstones. Many people believe in the healing, grounding and empowering properties that are produced by certain stones, which is why we make sure that all our stones come straight from the ground and are not dyed or treated in any way.
